Micha is an attorney and member of Bousquet Holstein PLLC practicing in the areas of labor and employment and litigation.  He has represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, products liability suits, employment discrimination actions, whistleblower suits, and environmental litigation in state and federal court. In addition, Micha is experienced in alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Micha practiced law as a commercial litigator and defense counsel for a large law firm in Central New York.  He also served as confidential law clerk to the Honorable Howard G. Munson, former United States District Judge and as senior confidential law clerk to the Honorable Gary L. Sharpe, former United States Magistrate Judge and current United States District Judge.

He has served on the advisory boards of several not for profit organizations and was formerly a member of the Board of Education for the Baldwinsville Central School District.  He is currently the Chairman of the Lysander Town Zoning Board of Appeals. 


Micha is a graduate of Albany Law School and Hamilton College.  He resides with his family in Baldwinsville.
